No descartan otros aumentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Tras los anuncios de ajuste y devaluaci\u00f3n impulsados por el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Luis Caputo, la repercusi\u00f3n en los precios se hace sentir con un fuerte impacto. En ese marco, desde este jueves,&nbsp;<strong>en C\u00f3rdoba los productos panificados tienen un aumento del 33%.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Marcelo Caula<\/strong>\u00a0desde el\u00a0<strong>Centro de Industriales Panaderos y Afines de C\u00f3rdoba (Cipac)<\/strong>, quien manifest\u00f3 la preocupaci\u00f3n del sector en cuanto a los aumentos que ya aplicaron los proveedores: \u00abDesde el lunes la materia prima que recibimos tiene actualizaci\u00f3n del precio. Estos aumentos se dan en medio de las medidas que tom\u00f3 el ministro de Econom\u00eda donde por ejemplo, grasa y margarina han tenido aumentos que superan el 50% y la harina, ronda en un aumento del 30%\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caula tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que hay molinos que no tienen precios de referencia, con venta suspendida y solo entrega de pedidos comprometidos<strong>: \u00abHay incertidumbre y no sabemos c\u00f3mo sigue de ahora en m\u00e1s\u00bb,<\/strong>&nbsp;a\u00f1adi\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;En ese marco, la lista de precios qued\u00f3 de la siguiente manera:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pan franc\u00e9s: $ 1.600 el kilo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pan mi\u00f1\u00f3n: $ 1.800 el kilo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pan criollo: $ 3.500 el kilo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facturas: desde $350 y $400 de acuerdo a tama\u00f1o y calidad de la unidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respecto a la cotizaci\u00f3n del trigo, el referente de Panaderos, indic\u00f3 que&nbsp; en medio de la situaci\u00f3n, les reportan que \u00abno hay mucho trigo disponible\u00bb y el que hay, tampoco es de tan buena calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEstamos en una situaci\u00f3n muy compleja, desde nuestros proveedores los molineros y nosotros tambi\u00e9n\u00bb, dice Caula y explica que respecto a posibles nuevos aumentos,&nbsp;<strong>\u00abes probable que m\u00e1s adelante se vuelva a plantear otra suba\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLa preocupaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande que tenemos es que las medidas que se tomaron, no est\u00e1n incluidas las pymes ni las peque\u00f1as industrias, como es la industria del pan y nuestros trabajadores\u00bb, indica Caula y a\u00f1ade que los anuncios econ\u00f3micos de esta semana son medidas primarias para grandes empresas. \u00abNosotros somos defensores del mercado interno y este panorama nos preocupa\u00bb, cierra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el sector panadero mostraron preocupaci\u00f3n por los costos y la incertidumbre sobre los insumos.
