En este sentido, desde el equipo de la Mesa de Obesidad del Ministerio de Salud explican que la preparaci\u00f3n de las comidas junto a otros -especialmente con ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as o adolescentes- es un momento oportuno para compartir conocimientos en torno a los alimentos y promover h\u00e1bitos m\u00e1s sanos.<\/p>\n<p>La manera de vincularse interpersonalmente es tambi\u00e9n un factor importante al momento de tomar decisiones al momento de comer. Por eso, durante las fiestas, propiciar el di\u00e1logo en la mesa y evitar el uso de pantallas ayuda a elegir de manera consciente los alimentos y las cantidades. Si hay ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as, organizar un rinc\u00f3n de juegos que les resulte entretenido favorece que la atenci\u00f3n est\u00e9 centrada en los v\u00ednculos.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las principales recomendaciones, los especialistas de la Mesa de Obesidad sugieren elaborar preparaciones caseras que contemplen las situaciones de salud de todos los comensales y, en general, elegir opciones con verduras, frutas y poca sal.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, explican que es preferible evitar llenar el plato por completo, insistir en terminarlo u ofrecer una segunda raci\u00f3n si los comensales se encuentran satisfechos. Al momento del postre, es preferible proponer preparaciones dulces que contengan frutas frescas, disecadas o frutos secos.<\/p>\n<p>Otra recomendaci\u00f3n es colocar de manera visible en las mesas, jarras de agua o jugos naturales sin az\u00facar. Que est\u00e9n disponibles tambi\u00e9n en el momento del brindis, ayuda a evitar o disminuir el consumo de alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, durante estas fechas, es recomendable continuar con la actividad f\u00edsica habitual, tomando las precauciones necesarias para evitar un golpe de calor: beber abundante agua, protegerse del sol y preferir las horas de menor temperatura, como la ma\u00f1ana temprano o al atardecer.<\/p>\n<p>Realizar tareas hogare\u00f1as, como limpiar; arreglar el patio; cortar el pasto; utilizar escaleras en lugar de ascensores; bailar con familiares y amigos; compartir juegos, caminatas o paseos al aire libre con los afectos, son algunas alternativas para mantenerse activos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante las fiestas, familias y amigos se preparan para reunirse y celebrar.
