As\u00ed evitar\u00e1s cualquier lesi\u00f3n en los pies y en las piernas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usa ropa c\u00f3moda<\/strong>: Lleva ropa que te permita sudar y que resulte f\u00e1cil de cambiar, tambi\u00e9n usa accesorios deportivos que te protejan del sol y los accidentes, como gorrita y lentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bebe agua<\/strong>: Es importante antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la caminata. La pauta es un vaso de agua 10 minutos antes de iniciar a caminar, un vaso cada 20 minutos de caminata y al terminar, uno o dos vasos m\u00e1s. Si caminas m\u00e1s de dos horas, toma bebidas isot\u00f3nicas para deportistas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mant\u00e9n el ritmo de la caminata<\/strong>: Al caminar has que tus pasos sean relajados: uno tras otro, realizando un movimiento natural y flexible de los pies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No realices pasos grandes<\/strong>: Los pasos deben ser de acuerdo al alcance de las piernas, forzar pasos grandes solo genera malestar en los pies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Camina con la cabeza en alto<\/strong>: Tener la cabeza en alto te permite respirar bien y mantener la l\u00ednea corporal. La postura adecuada es la barbilla arriba (en paralelo al suelo) y los ojos mirando delante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mueve tus brazos hacia adelanta y hacia atr\u00e1s<\/strong>: La postura correcta es los codos cerca al cuerpo y los brazos hacia adelante y hacia atr\u00e1s. Evita subirlos m\u00e1s arriba que tu pecho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Camina recto<\/strong>: la postura adecuada es hombros relajados, barbilla recta y paralela al suelo. Caso contrario, podr\u00edas causarte una lesi\u00f3n de espalda o cuello.
